To celebrate Royal Park taking the next step in our plant based vision we have invited Canadian chef and fellow plant addict Doug McNish. With his expertise we aim to ensure our continuous development as well as bring you some pure plant powered pleasure. As always orchestrated by John & Co in close collaboration with Radisson Blu Royal Park Hotel.

Based out of Toronto Doug is already an accomplished chef and acclaimed author as he has published 3 award winning books in the last 3 years. Doug is bringing vegan cuisine to the mainstream and challenging ideas on ethics, health and the environment. After reaching out through social media we were thrilled by the fact that Doug was eager to lend his talents and cross the Atlantic for a long awaited guest appearance. We can’t think of a better a partner in catering to the cause of sustainability.

There are a number of ways you can enjoy Doug’s presence at Royal Park during the weekend. Find your vegan inspiration through our plant based tasting menu on Friday.
