Outdoor running in Haga National Park. A rewarding start to your day and a well-needed mid week boost
We meet every Wednesday ready to run at 07:15 in the garden (behind Royal Park Hotel, Frösundaviks allé 15, Solna) and head out in the beautiful Haga National Park for a morning run. Starting with a short warm up followed by some technique exercises that will make you enjoy your running even more. We make our way back to Haga Health Club for a well-earned shower and afterwards you get to choose whether you want to eat your breakfast bag on site or take-away.
In addition to the morning run we are extending our collaborating with 108 Atelier and Shereen Daver who will share the benefits of yoga for runners. All levels welcome. We will meet on the terrace after the morning run for an additional 30-mins to explore:
Terms & Conditions
– As we are in the middle of corona virus spreading this event will be held outside with precautions to limit the risk of infection in my mind. We constantly keep an eye on updated directives from the authorities and have therefore limited the amount of participants to 40 people. We welcome all healthy people to participate irregardless of skill level.
– Runners Yoga Stretch is subject to cancellation due to adverse weather.
