On November 23rd destination Royal Park will be arranging a unique day under the theme of menopause. We provide a holistic approach on women’s health and insights into a sound lifestyle throughout menopause transition.

A lot of effort has gone into creating an environment where you can unwind while still getting an experience for all senses. With your needs as the starting point we hope to provide all the knowledge you feel that you need in order to take care of yourself and your own health. New research will be presented along with self-care advice. Take part in inspiring and informative lectures together with strength exercises, yoga and other endorphin boosting activities. All in an environment where the soothing Haga National Park and Brunnsviken Lake allows you to let your shoulders down, relax and feel well taken care of.

  • Anna-Lena Eriksson – weekend hostess. Lecturer and author of the book “Jag känner inte igen henne” as well as creator of the art project “Klimakteriekossan”.
  • Mia Lundin – Lecturer and author of the book “Kaos i kvinnorhjärnan” as well as experienced nurse, today at her own clinic HerCare.
  • Linda Hemmingsson – Personal Trainer specialised in women age 40-60. Currently coaching multiple individuals from the Swedish National Equestrian team.

During the day you will have access to dedicated personal trainers to make sure that you acquire the proper technical training irregardless of your previous experience. We will focus on minimizing the risk of injury and coach you to maximizing the outcome of your training. The goal is for you to return home and create a long term well-being as well as be able to benefit from the advantages that exercising gives women in menopause transition.

Bring your friends or come alone and take the opportunity to meet some new ones. You will have all the tools you need to take responsibility of your own health throughout menopause, a phase which kan be both hard to recognize and hard to recognize yourself in. We talk of how we can make menopause easier and thereby making life a little easier. Get inspired, lower your tempo and take care of yourself, all in an environment that lacks nothing. We hope that you’ll find love and understanding for yourself and return home ready to meet not only yourself but also the world around you with a bit more love love and understanding.
