Yoga Life Conference with Yogi Ashokananda

Treat yourself to a weekend of yoga focusing on well-being for your body, mind and soul

Transforming Life

Royal Park / Event / Yoga Weekend

We are proud to welcome Yogi Ashokananda for an eventful weekend at Royal Park.

Whether you are curious, a beginner or experienced, this is the weekend for you. We blend yoga, meditation, recitation and mindfulness with well-prepared plant-based meals and overnight stay, surrounded by the tranquility of Brunnsviken’s mirror-shiny water.

Royal Park is pleased to once again welcome Yogi Ashokananda, a pioneer and practicing yoga master, as our spiritual guide during this weekend’s sessions. Challenge and revive your body and mind through a wide variety of yoga practices. Experience the powerful Himalayan Hatha Yoga, energizing Prana Kriya Yoga and Yoga Nidra, a state of conscious sleep. See the full weekend schedule below.
