Royal Park takes the next step as a leading plant based destination. Following our celebrated Plant Powered Brunch the stage is set for yet another culinary experience inspired by John & Co. Brought to you by Radisson Blu Royal Park Hotel in close cooperation with John & Co:s plant lab, producing handmade artisan products for your everyday enjoyment. For John & Co curiosity has always been key and with this new BBQ creation we hope that we can peak your interest.
As with every good experience our Organic Mixed Grill (O.M.G) is worth sharing, with a variety of foods prepared to be enjoyed in the good company of those you care about. Including marinated smoked watermelon, homemade tempeh-chorizo, maple syrup ribs, asian glazed crispy bits, kale & herb salad, baked potatoes with swedish gubbröra made from eggplant, sweet potato fries, basmati rice and more. Top it with traditional barbecue sauce, truffle aioli and the slightly more daring red beet hummus. Round of your meal with the homemade ice cream of your choice, courtesy of Sophie’s Raw.
