Raw food ice cream handmade from entirely organic produce with a base of either nuts or coconut milk, using only dates as a sweetener. Ingredients are sourced specifically to contribute to the growth of developing countries by making it possible to move over to organic farming and getting paid more while ensuring less toxins in their soil as well as greater harvests. For every ice cream sold we donate 1 SEK to the World Wildlife Fund. More ethical, environmental and healthier without compromising on taste. An absolute delight to be enjoyed all year round.
At Royal Park you can enjoy Sophie’s Raw products in numerous ways. Both Haga Health Club and Radisson Blu Royal Park Hotel always carry a selection of delicious ice cream while the latter also employs the innovators at John & Co to create tasty desserts for the À la Carte menu, as well as the well-known Plant Powered Sunday Brunch. Operating out of John & Co:s Plant Lab, Sophie’s are also available for external events.
